The Trust Committee
The sole institution of the trust is the board of trustees.
It consists of three to five members. The main members of the board consist of one member from each of the owning families, Ernst-Michael Hasse and Rainer Fildhuth, as well as the Managing Director of the Stiftungsverwaltung GmbH (i.e. the trust itself)
Further members of the board may be co-opted, although they should come from the Luegde town council or be a direct donator.
