The Schwering & Hasse sales team is the interface to the customer base. Each customer has his allocated member of the team which ensures a functional communication and a compliance with customer wishes. In Synflex we have, in addition, a strong partner at our side who shares our expectations. Synflex has logistic centres and sales organisations in the whole of Europe, as well as in China. This ensures an extensive sales and logistics coverage. The joint use of these facilities provides additional flexibility and speed.
Our business policy of consistent risk reducing has resulted in us becoming single source supplier to numerous companies, including blue chip DAX 30 corporations. In a number of cases we have enjoyed this status for many years.
The foundation of our success is not only based on the continuous optimising of our service and the focusing on the customer, but also on our responsible approach to environmental matters.
Quality
It goes without saying that we maintain a comprehensive system of quality controls. All relevant production and process parameters of every machine and each of the over 400 production lines are controlled and documented over the entire process.
With our in-house developed and EDP supported control system, we ensure that even the smallest faults in the cycle "materials,human factor, machine" are detected and rectified rapidly.
Not without cause have we received no less than 9 times the prestigious Best Supplier Award from the Bosch Group. This award was first granted in 1983 and is given every two years. In the last couple of years we also achieved the status of "Preferred Supplier" for the Siemens Group. For many years we have been certified according to ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949.
Logistics
Our offers always include a prompt and reliable delivery. We achieve this through a paperless data flow, barcode based goods movements, packaging and despatch streamlining and optimised transport routes.
We do not leave anything to chance in our efforts to get our product to our customers in a speedy manner. A dynamic materials flow planning is the backbone of this process. All movements are IT guided. We are in a position to take over the stock controlling for our customers and thus free their operations departments for other tasks. Whether via internet, EDI or KANBAN, we react according to our customers preferred communication method.
Alternatively we can offer our customers the supply system named ECOFLEX®, which was developed by our associate company Synflex Elektro. This system enables optimised business processes in the sense of modern supply chain management.
