The heart of Schwering & Hasse logistics is the high rack warehouse in Blomberg, which is managed by our associate partner Synflex, and boasts no less than 20,000 pallet slots. The fully automatic control of the slots is continuously optimised, and the regular collection of statistical data functions as a foundation for extrapolating information on demand developments. This adaptive technology permits Synflex to process up to 300 positions per hour. The products called off via the inventory management system are sorted according to requirements into material flow lines of several hundred meters and these in turn are guided to the commissioning bays. Here the products are sorted individually, packaged, weighed and despatched without delay. We do not leave anything to chance when it comes to getting our products to our customers in time.
Reliability and speed can also be optimised at the other end of the supply chain. We are in a position to take over the stock control of our customers and thus to help them in their material planning. No matter if Internet, EDI or KANBAN, we can adapt to the customers required communication system. As an alternative we can offer a supply system named ECOFLEX® which was developed by our associate company Synflex. This system is in a position to optimise all business processes associated with modern supply chain management methods.
